This is a way to get your name out in the public. What is there a better way of doing it than sponsoring an event? We have several packages that you can choose from but it works like this.
You choose the event. We do the rest. Pretty simple we will line up everything for you even the press will be notified. We will contact them and leave them know what is going on so they can show up and give you the publicity that you deserve.
Pheasant Hunt for the Kids
Is a great way to leave the kids enjoy hunting this is what it consist of:
· Safety Meeting will be held at the beginning of the day.
· Shotgun and shells will be provided for kids that do not have one to use.
· Shells will be provided for all.
· Clay bird shoots. {25 birds per person}
· 4 birds will be release for each kid
· Handlers and Dogs will be provided.
· Meal will be provided after the hunt for all.
· You or a spokesperson will have the opportunity to talk to the kids and let them get to know you.
· Hunt will be filmed and professionally edited. This will be done by Miller Creek Production Company.
We like to have 6 kids per event and the cost is $1000.00 for the day’s events.
Chicken night:
We will supply everything for you chicken, ribs, a full meal and then we will even supply the entertainment of your choice. What we ask you to do is to sponsor the meal. You can do this in several ways.
· Pay for the Chicken and Ribs.
o Your name will be on the tickets
o Your name will be on the posters
o Your name will be on the marquee along with ours Like Hunters helping Kids and Your Name Chicken and Rib Night.
· Pay for the Band
o Thru the evening the band will be playing to keep the people entertained. The band will do advertisements thru out the evening.
o Name on the ticket under Band.
· Donations will be greatly appreciated for this event. We will recognize each and everyone for their donations thru out the event.
